FAQ

Do you deliver and set up?

Absolutely!                                       will deliver and set up each inflatable and ensure that it is clean and in good working condition well before your party starts and come back to take it down after the party is over. Set up normally takes about 20-30 minutes, and take down is about 15-20 minutes.


What kind of power is required?
Our inflatable’s plug into a standard 3-prong 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the inflatable should be no more than 75ft from that outlet. If you would like to set up an inflatable at a park or place without an electrical outlet within 75ft, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an additional charge.


What type of surface can the inflatable be placed on?
The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, asphalt, dirt, bark, carpet, wood floor, or tile. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event.


How much room do I need to set up an inflatable?
Plan a spot in a flat area (approximately 20' X 20' for bouncers that are 15' X 15') away from your house and obstructions. Grassy areas are preferable. A minimum of 4 feet clearance on all sides must be observed at all times.

Note:Let us know in advance if setup is to be done on concrete

Are inflatable’s safe?

Yes!                                        is committed to the safe operations of our party rental products. This commitment is demonstrated by our successful completion of the Advanced Inflatable Safety Operations Certification. As a consumer using a bounce house, water slide or other inflatable for any event from backyard birthday parties to school carnivals, company picnics or other events, you deserve the right to find qualified and dedicated operators who are safety conscious with a strong commitment to bringing you a safe enjoyable experience. As with any activity involving small children, an adult should supervise the activity. This will help to ensure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the inflatable.



Are you Insured?
Yes. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent a jump are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up, contact us for a copy if needed. We CANNOT set up an inflatable until the liability waiver is signed.


WE CAN PROVIDE OUR INSURANCE INFORMATION UPON YOUR REQUEST.


Is there a deposit required to reserve an inflatable?

A $5o.oo Nonrefundable Deposit is required within 10 days of the event. See cancellation topic below about refunding of deposit due to cancellation or inclement weather.

A signed Contract and deposit must be received with in 10 days before the event.

What if I have to cancel?
Please call us at least 7 days before your party date; this gives us a chance to rebook the unit for another party. Incredibounce will keep any paid rental fees for 12 months toward any future order. If you cancel less than 7 days there is no credit given. (There will be no refunds given)  If you place your order with us less than 7 days from your party  there are no cancellations, however you may reschedule for a future date.   

If you are canceling due to rain, and it is raining the day of your party, please call us if you would like to cancel, before 8 am the day of your party. If you cancel your reservation with us, you will have a credit for a future rental with us. If you keep the rental and it rains and becomes wet there are no credits or refunds.
